By accessing or using this website, booking an appointment, or purchasing any product or service from Toxmeup Wellness and Aesthetics, PLLC (“Toxmeup,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

2. Services Provided

Toxmeup offers medical aesthetic, weight-loss, wellness, and skincare services performed by licensed professionals.
All treatments are subject to provider assessment and clinical approval.
Individual results vary, and outcomes are not guaranteed.

3. Appointments, Deposits & Cancellations

  • A $50 deposit is required to secure all appointments.

  • Deposits are non-refundable if canceled or rescheduled within 24 hours of the appointment.

  • With at least 24 hours’ notice, the deposit may be applied toward a future visit.

  • Accepted payment methods: Venmo, CashApp, or secure credit card link (3% processing fee applies).

  • Arriving 15 minutes or more late may result in rescheduling at the provider’s discretion.

4. Prepaid Packages, Gift Cards & Transfers

  • All prepaid services, packages, memberships, and gift cards are non-refundable and non-transferable.

  • They hold no cash value and must be used within 12 months of purchase.

  • Any remaining balances after 12 months are forfeited.

5. Refunds & Money-Back Policy

  • All sales are final. Toxmeup Wellness and Aesthetics, PLLC does not issue refunds or money back on any services, packages, deposits, or products.

  • Once medication, injectables, or retail items leave the facility, they cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.

  • Once a treatment, injection, or service has been administered, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

  • This includes (but is not limited to): GLP-1 injections, peptide therapies, IV drips, botulinum toxin treatments, fillers, hormone injections, vitamins, or any in-office procedure.

  • Refunds will not be granted for dissatisfaction with results, as treatment outcomes vary by individual and depend on adherence to care plans.

6. Medical Disclaimer

All information provided through this website, during consultations, or via social media is for educational purposes only and should not replace medical advice from your primary healthcare provider.
All procedures are performed by licensed professionals and require completion of appropriate informed consent forms prior to treatment.

7. Liability

By receiving services, the patient acknowledges and accepts that:

  • Clients waive any right to refund once a product has been administered or treatment completed.

Reproduction or redistribution without written permission is strictly prohibited.

9. Pricing & Promotions

  • Prices, packages, and promotions are subject to change at any time without notice.

  • Promotional offers cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.

  • Final pricing is determined after provider consultation and may vary depending on individual treatment plans.

10. Social Media & Marketing Consent

  • Photos, videos, and testimonials may only be used for marketing with written consent from the client.

  • Clients may revoke consent at any time by emailing info@toxmeup.com.
